“My heater was blowing cold air. I called my home warranty company and was assigned Iceman Cooling and Heating. Within an hour of the call to the warranty company, I received a call from a very nice woman at Iceman who set up an appointment with a technician for the following morning. Rick called and then was here during the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything and quickly had my heater blowing hot air. Prior to my service I read the reviews for Iceman. I saw that people were either extremely satisfied or very disappointed, with no middle ground. It’s my guess that the dissatisfied customers are more likely upset with their home warranty and the rules the warranty company has set for payment guidelines. I was VERY happy with every bit of my experience with Iceman Heating and Cooling. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Our 3 year old A/C compressor died under warranty and Iceman was selected to repair the unit. From first contact to follow-up, the owner of Iceman, Seth, and his team communicated and responded in the most professional manner. Seth even went the extra mile to secure the cooling coil quicker from the manufacturer. The technician, Austin, and his partner responded ontime and efficiently replaced the coil quickly. The unit tested perfectly and is now running although not the season we need it. Can't wait to see how well it works this summer. Iceman exceeded our expectations and we will use them again if needed.”
