Within an hour of the call to the warranty company, I received a call from a very nice woman at Iceman who set up an appointment with a technician for the following morning. Prior to my service I read the reviews for Iceman. I saw that people were either extremely satisfied or very disappointed, with no middle ground. Seth even went the extra mile to secure the cooling coil quicker from the manufacturer. The technician, Austin, and his partner responded ontime and efficiently replaced the coil quickly.
