Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of localhelpnow.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by NameNiche, LLC (“LocalHelpNow,” “we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

What LocalHelpNow is (and is not)

LocalHelpNow is a connector and introduction service. We help homeowners reach a local service provider and we help providers receive leads. We are not a contractor, home-services company, or party to any agreement between a homeowner and a provider. We do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or insure any work. Any service, price, scheduling, warranty, and outcome is solely between you and the provider.

No emergency service

The Service is not an emergency responder. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

The Service is provided “AS IS”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any provider will be available, licensed, insured, timely, or satisfactory, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Service and engage any provider at your own risk.

Your responsibilities

• Independently verify a provider’s licensing, insurance, references, and pricing before hiring.
• Make your own decisions about who to hire and what work to authorize.
• Provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.

For service providers

If you join as a pro, additional terms apply, including lead pricing, billing, and quality requirements communicated to you. We make no guarantee of lead volume, conversion, revenue, or earnings.You are an independent business, responsible for your own licensing, insurance, taxes, work, and customer relationships.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalHelpNow and its owners, affiliates, and vendors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the acts, omissions, work, conduct, or pricing of any provider, or from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months or US$100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalHelpNow from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your dealings with any provider or homeowner, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida (or by binding arbitration if separately agreed).
