“We had a warranty issue and they send VELOX AIR COMPANY. They were GREAT( Michael and Enrique) and Kassandra. They found the problem and fixed it, and its been working great. They were the 3rd technicians send out by our builder and they were the ones that found and fixed the problem since we moved in at the end of 2023. Cassandra called to follow-up if everything is working fine, its been working great. I mentioned there were a few dings on the door molding but she already knew about them, Enrique and Michael had reported it to them. Already prepared to send someone to fix it.
