“This is for Larry W. I was pre-warned ahead of time about this call. Larry's wife must have been having a very bad day because upon answering the door she was in a tyrannical mood. She was rambling on about something that did not pertain to air conditioning. I tried to talk to her about what the problem was with her AC and she started yelling and screaming she was on the phone with her husband. I got out of there as fast as I could. Here is an update since then as of January 3rd 2026 the landlord has since then had me back to make the repairs. Landlord is very pleased with the repairs and will use us again.”
