“I have used Independent AC for about 10 years now. My first experience was after a different company diagnosed my AC with having bad coils and other problems requiring a new AC after about 45 mins of checking it and gave an estimate of $7,000+. Bernie was on site on time, diagnosed the real problem in like 5 minutes (a small leak from a hole in the line outside) repaired it and recharged my system. This was about 10 years ago and it's still working great! His repair bill was well under 1/10 of the other estimate and he was done in about the time the scammer took to "diagnose" the problem. I have had his company back for routine maintenance and replacing a capacitor since, both very cheap and quick. This is my go to AC company. Consider me a die hard customer.”
