“AirTherm is a phenomenal company and Telis is a very intelligent and honest guy. Both of our units went out on Sunday night and Texas is having a heat wave. We are suppose to be in the 100s this week. On Monday morning another AC company came out and I knew I needed to find someone else. Luckily, I found the previous owners paper work and decided to call Air Therm. Telis came out around 4 pm and trouble shooted our units. He immediately went up into the attic, which was over 100 degrees and tried to blast some minerals out of the piping, but it was clogged. He recommended we get a plumber and bypassed some stuff so we could have our AC units working. One of the units had a bad controller and the other unit a bad fan. He worked long and hard on one of the units until it started working. He was sweating up a storm, but he was going to make sure he left us with one running unit. The other unit needed a new motor. Today at 9:30 am he brought the new motor, fixed the stuff he did in the attic and now both my ACs are working. I was very impressed with Telis. He never gave up until he got one of the units running and made sure to troubleshoot both units. Air Therm Service has earned our business for life and are very affordable. I highly recommend them.”
