The team was professional, arrived on time, and kept communication clear from start to finish. Tracy and Brayden were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Pricing felt fair for the HVAC system, and the payment process was simple. There were a few early AC service adjustments after the install, but everything was handled quickly and professionally. The system stopped cooling properly after the first couple of days because of a minor condensate line issue, and they fixed it the same day. We also noticed the largest upstairs bedroom in our Scottsdale home was running much warmer than the others, which is especially important during the Arizona heat. They came back, corrected the airflow and venting, and made sure that larger room was getting the cooling it needed. They also took care of a few finishing details we asked about, including rerouting the condensate drain line to a safer spot, leveling the furnace, and cleaning up the insulation around the unit base. In the end, the HVAC system is giving us solid heating and strong cooling, and the indoor air feels much cleaner.
