“K&J were a recommendation from a co-worker that has had good experiences with Kris and team. Kris and Robert came to my home to diagnose an AC that was not cooling well. They found it low on refrigerant and a leak in the evaporator coil. My unit was about 17 years old and the new evaporator was not readily available. I had a small bottle of R22 refrigerant and Kris put this in as part of the initial call, all at no charge. Kris gave me two quotes for a new unit and was able to find an R-410 unit, SEER2 14 rated with the needed gas fired heater. I had 4 other companies provide me a quote and K&J was MUCH less expensive. Robert and 2 other technicians came out and did the work, completing the removal of the old AC and gas fired furnace and installing the new REEM system in one day. They worked steady and did a great job. Kris and team were also helpful in dealing with the associated home insurance claim, helping me get the claim approved. Overall, I am impressed with my engagement with Kris and believe that he provided us with solid service, great installation, and customer service. His pricing was straight forward and again very reasonable when compared with like units from other companies. Kris and K&J will be my first call from now on and I will recommend his team to family and friends.”
