“The gentleman who came to clean the air ducts and dryer duct at the place I just moved to were patient, friendly and informative. I know nothing about their business, but I am a curious person and they let me watch and ask questions. They were clearly experts, and did an excellent job. They seemed to have worked together for a while, so I asked how long they'd been a team. Turns out they are brothers. It's a family business. They don't take too many clients, so they can give everyone the right amount of time .. and they've been on the job since they were 16. I wanted to write a review, but it took me forever to find the right links. I cannot imagine how many air duct companies are out there AND how many use very similar names/links. If you happen onto their site, I hope this review will encourage you to call. Speaking of which, when I first called, I explained my situation, and I was looking for a specific service they didn't cover. But the person on the other end of the phone was honest and up front and didn't try to fool me with something less than I really wanted. I walked away, but I remembered that. It turns out I couldn't find anyone to do what I was thinking for less than $10,000 A bit out of my price range. But this company never made it sound like I was asking too much .. just that they didn't over it. Once I was ready for more traditional service (about a month later), I called them back. They were great to work with and I scheduled a date. Later that night, my daughter told me it was too soon (due to other conditions), but she couldn't tell me when would be good. I called the next day to cancel my appointment for the following day. They were friendly. No problem. I've had different experiences with other service people. Once we finally had the right date (another month later), I called again. Now maybe they remembered me or maybe not, but still easy and friendly to work with. Scheduled the date and time. Two days before they were scheduled, I had to call and set a different time. Are you starting to see how difficult I am as a client. They were still friendly and moved the time. Then they showed up and the guys on-site were just as friendly and easy to work with as the guy on the phone. My ducts were probably the dirtiest they've ever seen (they said, oh not at all .. maybe just to make me feel better since it still had lots of construction sawdust from 2014 in addition to mounds of black dust bunnies), but they smiled and answered every question while going about their work. I'll call them again in 2 years when I need to do it again. :-D”
