I called him on a Tuesday to assess my a/c and he said he'd be out later that afternoon; he was on time. He said he would have his inspection report for me the following day; he was on time. He said he was coming out to take some measurements on a Friday; he was on time. Every time he said he was going to call me with an update; he was on time. We scheduled a new a/c replacement on Monday at 5am; he was on time. Even more impressive is he did this all himself! There's absolutely no one else I would call if I had a/c problems. Larry is the man! I haven't even mentioned pricing yet. In this day and age where it seems contractors are gauging people with the costs of their services, Larry's pricing was/is very very fair.
