“Happy 4th of July; if you ever experience no Air Conditioning service during Arizona's high heat, you will understand my review of AC for Less. I've only had to call upon AC for Less one other time for something that turned out nothing; the unit we purchased from them working like a GEM; BUT on July 3rd, 2019; called the AC for Less after hours; whom I purchased my unit from and installed, because we had NO air conditioning as of 6:00 pm. It stopped working. I was contacted by Larry at 10:00 pm. Now all keep in mind this is a Holiday weekend. my customer service expectations were low. But Larry called and had someone here by 11:30 this morning Derrick, great communication and showed such integrity to make sure the resolution was permanent. After a very thorough review of our system, resolution was within a couple of hours and so thankful for my Air Conditioner so remaining of this 4th of July can be enjoyed. We were so HOT and exhausted from the overnight, but SO THANKFUL...THANK YOU LARRY, service Beyond my expectations!”
“Above and Beyond I own a residential home with tenants who have special needs. On a Saturday afternoon the A/C went out and it wasn't brought to my attention until 10pm that evening when the interior temperature was still at 82 degrees. I called 1800 Cooling at 7am on Sunday morining, left a message with the answering service hoping to get the on call tech out. Steve returned my call promptly, and told me the earliest they could get to me was Monday @ 0800 as other units were tying them up. I told him the situation with bedridden tenants and he understood immediately this was an outside of the box call. He brought the Manager in on the text and to my surprise, Josh Thompson called me and told me he would be out himself asap. Josh and his brother were on thier way for a Sunday hike and dropped everything to make the service call. Josh quickly determined the unit had experienced a "cardiac event" (my words). Josh had the new compressor on order and enroute first thing Monday morning, with two techs on site doing the work to expedite the repair. 1800 Cooling lets you know via text when and where the tech is and gives you an accurate arrival time so you aren't wondering if everything is still on track. His Sunday servcie call to see if it was a simple fix didn't work, but it saved us time and got the ball rolling on the repair, eliminating an addtional day of down time. I highly recommend 1800 Cooling for A/C servicing and can't thank Josh enough for making the effort especially on a Sunday. Should the need arise down the road, I will use them again.”

“Last month my AC was on the fritz. The cost of fixing it was almost as much as buying a new one so I began to shop around. I had several sales reps from different AC companies in my home to discuss various units, features of each unit and pricing.
