“Great experience! We weren't noticing issues other than a ton of dryer lint behind the dryer. Left a message, Paul called back right away. Great availability. He showed up on time. He's is friendly and informative. I had mentioned that I thought we might need a new exhaust hose, he came prepared. Got right to work and finished quickly. Our dryer is in a tight area, sharing a stand with our washer. I did let him know that on our initial contact, no problem, no worries. We'll definitely be calling Paul again!”

“We had been having issues with our dryer for quite some time, well we thought we had been at least. I called and had someone come and look at the dryer and I was told it was fine but the vent wasn't working properly to the outside. I had Dryer Vent Doctor come out and take a look and sadly he said it was the worst vent he had EVER seen and he wasn't sure why my house hadn't caught fire! He cleaned it all out and we went from taking 2.5 hours to dry 7 normal articles of clothing to 40 minutes for a load of towels! Money well spent for peace of mind and less piles of laundry!!!!”
