“It's ALWAYS been said that "Word of mouth" usually carriers lots of weight. So, allow me to begin by saying that we were new to the desert southwest in early 2009 and several years later (2017) our HVAC system went out on a Sunday night whilst I was at work. A family member said to call Jeremy of Turbo Cooling and Heating. He quickly came out and diagnosed the problem to be a capacitor (a common problem). Fast forward to today (June 2026) when I was outside and heard the HVAC made some weird noise and shutdown (again on a Sunday). Now to be completely honest I forgot about Turbo (it's been almost a decade) when the same family member again said call Jeremy (Thank GOD I had him in my contacts). We informed him that we could wait until Monday and he promptly came out. Again, it was the capacitor. His charge for this trip was only slightly higher than 2017 which was very surprising. Since my unit was installed in 2005, I thought it best to begin the discussion about future HVAC units he'd highly recommend. He STRONGLY recommends the GOODMAN (two stage) 2.5 ton for our case. Note that we have a mini split HVAC system (installed 2024) which is the primary HVAC allowing us the comfort of waiting until it's time to call a priest for last rights. So, when that time comes will have already arranged Turbo to come out and do their thing that they do so well. So, in closing, REMEMBER this, put TURBO cooling in YOUR contact list and file it under. CALL FIRST!!!”
