Not only that, but he really cared about our problem. Based on my experience with our 20-year old units, I had gone ahead and ordered run capacitors from Amazon, hoping I could just swap them out and that would fix the problem. When I asked Craig about that, he helped me through the process and spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me, having me check various parts of the A/C unit to make sure it was working after I had replaced the parts. In the end, he didn't even need to come to our house. You can tell he cares about his clients more than he cares about making a buck!
