He is very very busy and as of this week the next appointment was in May. Well worth the wait if you want someone that will tell you the truth and give you a fair price for repairs....if needed. My old A/C unit was shot, I needed to replace the whole thing and knew it (had multiple companies tell me the same thing), I had gotten numerous quotes, but everyone kept trying to upsell me and sell me more A/C than I needed for my 1500 sq ft home. Bob sold me a great 4 ton, 14 seer unit that is so quiet when it runs I wouldn't know it was running but for the strong blasts of cold air shooting out of every vent. Seriously this thing is great! Way better than my old unit. Got the whole install done in 9hrs. From talking to friends who had similar things done, it took them much longer. His company cleaned up after themselves as well, you'd never know they were there apart from a great new A/C unit. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
